AMERICA NUNEMPLOYMENT
RESOLUTION IN CONGRESS WASHINGTON, February 21. Representative Ceiler introduced the unemployment resolution, declaring that 4,000,000 were unemployed, and urging President Coolidge to authorise the Government departments to increase and speed up public works. The resolution also asked that the State Governors be encouraged to act accordingly.
