RECEIPTS AND PAYMENTS STATEMENT IN COMMONS. (British Official News.) Press Association—By Wireless—Copyright. RUGBY, February 22, (Received February 23, at noon.) Mr A. M. Samuel (Financial secretary to tlie Treasury) stated in the House of Commons that for the financial year ending Marcli .'if it was estimated* that the receipts from allied war debts would be £10,700,000, and the receipts from reparations about £11,500.000, while payments to the United Stales would be about £33,000,000.
