RIFLE SHOOTING
PAPAWAI MEETING [Per United Press Association.] CARTERTON, February 21. Shooting was resumed at the Inpawai range this morning. There was a light wind, which chopped round to a westerly, but it was very light, and caused no trouble. . The first-match—the Victoria Match at 800yds—produced some good shooting between L. C. and C. E. Sigversten, of the Tararua Club. The former secured the possible, and ms brother rang on nine bulls and (?) dean misses. C. J. Nix (Taubercmkin]) and G. Forge (New South Males) both secured possibles. The Australian shooters are still doing well, cind me represented in the prize money. Details; — L. C. .Sigvorsten (Tararua), £4, 50; C. J.
