NORWAY'S CLAIM
BRITAIN RESERVES HER RIGHTS

LONDON, February 20,
Sir Austen Chamberlain, in answer to a question in the House of Commons, said that Britain had informed Norway that she regarded the British occupation of Bouvet Island effective, ami that she must reserve her rights therein. The Press statement that we had surrendered the island was incorrect.
