LONDON, February 21. (Received February 22, ah 9 a.m.) The ‘ Daily Mail ’ says that, in order to encourage marine motor engineering, the Duchess of York is presenting an outboard motor boat as a trophy, open to amateurs of all countries, for a. race of twenty miles at Hendon in July.—Sydney ‘ Sun ’ Cable.
