BOWLING TOURNEY
The ladies’ howling tournament was continued on the North-east Valley green yesterday afternono, when Mrs Jones met Mrs Alexander in the final of the singles competition. A closelycontested game was witnessed and a fine exhibition was given by both players, Mrs Jones eventually winning by 21 to 17. Mrs Jones will meet Mrs Stubley (who had drawn a bye) in the final, which will be played after the doubles and rinks have been completed.
