(Received February 21, at 11 a.m.) The Board of Control decided that the hours of play in the forthcoming tour of the English team should he noon to 6 o’clock, the lest matches to bo played to a finish. The New South Wales Association discussed the question of the allowance to members of the team at present touring Now Zealand, but there is little likelihood of au increase in the allowance, owing to tup. (Received February 21, at 1 p.m.) The Marylebone team, in the last match of the tour, which is against Western Province scored 415 for eight wickets, declared (Sutcliffe 62, Tyldesley 41, Wyatt 33, Stan forth not out 71, Staples not out 35). Western Province in their first innings made 162 (Serrurier not out 74). Freeman took five wickets for 49. The home team, following on, had scored 66 for one wicket when stumps w'ere drawn.
