Ever since the Old Age Pension became payable, it has been drawn by a Derbyshire woman, Mrs Walker, now aged ninety. One of her daughters has also benefited for some years; another daughter and a son now qualify under the new scheme of pensions, while a third daughter will become eligible in March.
