It is announced Irom Koblenz that tho Earl of Erroll died suddenly from heart failure. Formerly Lord Kilmarnock, he. had held the position of British High Commissioner of tho Inter-ail iod Rhineland Commission since 1921. Ho became Charge d’ Affaires in Berlin on the resumption of diplomatic relations with Germany after the war.
