DEATH OF EARL OF ERROLL Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, February 20. (Received February 21, ,it noon.) It is announced Irom Koblenz that tho Earl of Erroll died suddenly from heart failure. Formerly Lord Kilmarnock, he. had held the position of British High Commissioner of tho Inter-ail iod Rhineland Commission since 1921. Ho became Charge d’ Affaires in Berlin on the resumption of diplomatic relations with Germany after the war.
