TERRIBLE DEATH ROLL NEW YORK, February 19. At Chicago the Police Commissioner announced that since January, 1925, thirty-two policemen and 143 gangsters have been slain in gun battles. In the preceding two years the death toll was eighteen policemen and ninety gangsters. '
