The Huntingdon sailed from Port Chalmers last evening to continue Homeward loading at northern ports. The* Kartigi left Wellington last evening lor Lyttelton, I imam, and Dunedin. She is to load cargo hcie for Westport direct. The Kamo left Oamarn last night lor Blulf and Dunedin. The Kahika was expected this afternoon from Blulf. She is to load and sail early to-morrow morning tor Napier and Gisborne via ports. Tho Canadian Challenger wont to Port Chalmers this morning to commence loading. She will later go to northern ports to complete, leaving Auckland finally on March 4 lor Nev York, Boston, and Halifax. The Cambridge is to start loading at Port Chalmers on March 1 for Home ports She will complete at Timarn, Wellington, Napier, and Auckland, and is to sail finally from the last-named port on March 24 lor London, Avonmonth, Glasgow, and Liverpool via Panama. Tho Calm arrived this morning, and is to sail to-night for Oamarn. Timarn, Lvttelton, Wellington, and Wanganm. 'Owing to the slackness in the coal trade, tho collier Kaiwarra is to be paid off at Auckland.

The Cornwall is to leave Brisbane next Friday for New Plymouth to commence loading for London and West Coast ports of Great Britain. She will afterwards complete at Wanganui, Lyttelton, and Wellington, and is to sail finally from Wellington on March 15. THE FERRY SERVICE. FOR HULL AND LONDON. The Argyllshire is due at Tokomarn liny on March 1 from Australia to load for Hull and Loudon. The vessel will also load at Gisborne, Waikokopu, Bluff, Port Chalmers, ami Wellington. She is to sail linally from Wellington on March 27. RADIO FROM TAIN LI. A radio message has been received from the Taiuui, which sailed from Wellington on Wednesday for Southampton and London via Panama, stalling that line weather has been experienced since leaving port, and that all is well on board. WAIKOUAITT FROM SYDNEY. The Union Company advises that the Waikonaiti, from Sydney via Bhilf, was expected to at rive in the stream late this afternoon She was to later berth at Dunedin to discharge the local portion of her cargo before going to Lyttelton and Timarn. THE FORT HUNTER. Mt’ssii. -f. \V Swilt and Co. advise that the Port Hunter, from Liverpool via northern ports, is due at this port on March 3to unload Home cargo. On completion of unloading she will proceed to Wanganui, where Homeward loading will commence. DEWEY FROM SAN PEDRO. .Messrs Turnbull, Martin, rnd Co. advise that the Dewey, from ban Pedro via northern ports, is due here on Thursday to unload American cargo. She is to leave again about February 28 for San Francisco direct. PORT CAROLINE’S PASSENGERS. The 0. and D. steamer Port Caroline, which left Wanganui roadstead on Saturday for London via Panama, took the following passengers; Misses Rook, Pierce, N. A. Lyon, M. Miller, Dr and Mrs Wylie ami child, and Mr R. Cook. Dr Lyon is accompanying the vessel as ship’s surgeon, CARGO FROM AUSTRALIA. The local office of the Union Company advises that the Karetu is to leave Melbourne on Thursday next for Auckland, New Plymouth, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is duo here about March 8.
