Sir, —Might I point out a slight error in tlie very complete report of an address which I gave on the League of Nations, which appears in your last issue ? , ~ . , I am reported as having said that “nationals of France had been supplying China, with fighting’planes.” i must have been misunderstood. I was not in a position to name one country rather than another as the source of such supply.—l am, etc.,
