• ♦ EMBARGO IN AUSTRALIA Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. OTTAWA, February 15. (Received February 15, at 11.44 p.ra.). Asked in the House on Tuesday if any progress in connection with the entry of Canadian apples into Australia was being made, the Minister of Agriculture, the Hon. W. R. Motherwell, said that he had heard that Australia was still opposed to removing the embargo because of the fear ot firebright. It was the privilege of Australia to lift tee embago if it was so desired.
