FRACTURED LEFT LEG. With a fracture to the left log, caused by a kick from a horse at Momona, where he is employed, Alex. M'Meeking, aged seventeen, was admitted to the hospital at 12.45 this afternoon. SLAUGHTERMAN’S SUIOIDE. A Wellington P.A. message states that Thomas Kearns, slaughterman, aged fifty-three, committed suicide at a bach in Petone this morning, cutting his throat with a razor. He leaves a wile and family in Wellington.
