CRSER OF DISCHARGE GRANTED [Pee United Peess Association.] CHRISTCHUBCTI, February LL In the Supreme Court an application for an order for discharge from bankruptcy was made by Herbert 'iirk M‘Dougall, a solicitor. Bankrupt appeared in person, and detailed Lire manner of bis financial failure. His Honor Mr Justice Adams remarked that it was unfortunate that a solicitor of the court should have been concerned hi racing matters, which ultimately brought him into the position which the documents revealed. Hankrupt: “ It was a breeding farm at first. I bought two racehorses inter on in order to give a man a start in life.” Ilis Honorßut you put '.our finger in the lire.'’ The order was granted conditional on debtor consenting to judgment lor £230.
