CONSIDERED ONE-SIDED RECIPROCAL CONCESSION SUGGESTED. LONDON, February 11. At the British Chamber of Commerce annual meeting Mr E. G. Barclay, in his presidential address, referred to the one-sidedness of the Anglo-French trade, and urged the British Government to give immediate attention to the French Customs duties. He suggested slight reciprocal concessions m the British tariffs, not materially affecting British production.
