(Received February 10, at 12.30 p.m.)) The Government fully approves of the plan of the British group to begin a regular dirigible transatlantic mail and passenger service. Secretary Hoover made this announcement on Thursday, and the co-operation will be effective for the first trial trip of 11100 within three months.
