OPENING OF PARLIAMENT
QUEEN CANNOT ATTEND. (British Official News.) Press Association—By Wireless—Copyright. RUGBY, February 6. (Received February 7, at noon.) It was announced from Buckingham Palace this afternoon that as ■ the Queen has lately been .suffering from a cold it is considered inadvisable that Her Majesty should attend tho State opening of Parliament to-morrow.
