The ‘ Daily News’s ’ Berlin correspondent states that the Communists and the Steel Helmet League clashed during the latter’s demonstration, •which was attended by the ex-Kaiser’s sons, Princes Eitcl, Friedrich, August, and Wilhelm. One hundred and twenty Communists were arrested.
