ALMOST A CYCLING TRAGEDY The Cyclists’ Touring Club was enjoying its weekly pedal recently when one of the members was constantly being chaffed for his gloomy face, notwithstanding that every otlier member was enjoying the outing. “ Well, wouldn’t you he out of sorts,” he retorted, “ if you had forgotten your tobacco! ” “No!
