ANNUAL PICNIC. On Saturday tho employees of K.P. and Co., New Zealand Drug Company, held their annual picnic at Ross Point. Tho party, consisting of over 200, left Burnside and Dunedin at 9 a.m., aiid arrived at tho ground about half an hour later, where Mr Harris, owner of tho ground, had everything in readiness. Tea, milk, sugar, lollies, and fruit were supplied free to all. Races for young and old were carried out during tho day, with the following results : Girls (G years).—L. M‘Curdy 1, L. Air Stark, in the, absence of Mr Taylor, presented the prizes, 'the homeward journey was commenced at G. 45, all speaking well of tha way in which tho committee had carried out its duties.
