The Argentine Delegation launched an attack against intervention in the a flairs of the Pan-American nations. Tins is considered to have reference to Nicaragua, and may frustrate the efforts to codify Pan-American international law since it is believed that the United States Government will not permit an expression against intervention in the proposed code.
