The ’Kahika, which arrived yesterday morning, sails to-night for Napier and Gisborne. • The Kurow left Wellington to-day lor Lyttelton and Dunedin. After discharging her cargo sho will load out on Thursday for Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland. The steamer Gale arrived yesterday morning, and is to sail this evening for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. The Calm is expected on Tuesday from Wanganui via Bluff, and is scheduled to sail the same day lor the usual ports. The Union Company’s motor vessel Hauraki left San Francisco on January 28 for Auckland, Wellington, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide. She is duo at Auckland about February 19. The Indianola is expected at Auckland on Wednesday with a full cargo of phosphates from Casa Blanca (Morocco) for there and also Lyttelton._ The Mamilius arrived at Wellington on Wednesday last from Wanganui to continue loading. She was to leave Wellington .to-day for Lyttelton, Bluff, and P.ort Chalmers to, complete loading. The Waipalu is expected at Auckland from Suva fo-morrow. She is scheduled to leave Sydney on February 21 with general cargo for Fiji and transhipments for Tonga and Samoa. THE FERRY SERVICE. The ferry steamer Maori, from Wellington, arrived at Lyttelton at 6.55 a.m. yesterday. Passengers and mads for the south came on by the first express to-day. VESSELS IN WIRELESS GALL. Awarua.—Tahiti, Makura, Sir J. C. Ross, C. A. Larsen, N. T. NetlsenAlonso, and Arawa. KARETU’S MOVEMENTS. The Union Company’s steamer Karctu, which lias been engaged in the Sydney-South Island service lor some time, is scheduled to make an extended voyage to Australia and back to New Zealand.' She is now on route from Wellington to Melbourne and Adelaide to discharge general cargo from Now Zealand. Altcrwards the vessel will load at Edithbnrg, Wallaroo, and Melbourne for Auckland, Portland,New Plymouth, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. TONGARIRO FROM LIVERPOOL. Advice has been received that the Tongariro is to load at Glasgow and Liverpool for Auckland, Wejlington, Lyttelton, Timaru, and Dunedin. The vessel is expected to leave Liverpool about March 3. CANADIAN CARGO. The Canadian Challenger is due at Auckland on Wednesday from Halifax via Panama. The vessel is bringing Canadian cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Bluff, Dunedin, Timaru, and Lyttelton in that order. The vessel is expected at Dunedin about February 19. CUMBERLAND LOADING. The Federal steamer Cumberland arrived in tho roadstead at Wanganui on Thursday from New Plymouth to continue loading; The vessel is due at Wellington on February 13, and will proceed from that port, to P.ort Chalmers to complete loading. The Cumberland , will, sail finally from Port Chalmers on February 22 for London via Panama. CAMBRIDGE NEXT WEEK. The Federal liner Cambridge, with cargo from Liverpool, left Auckland on Saturday for Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin, She is due here on hebvuary 16. ULIMAROA FROM SYDNEY. The only Sydney passenger boat arriving at or leaving New Zealand this week will be the Huddart-Parker liner Ulimaioa. This vessel left Sydney on Friday last for Wellington. MANUKA FROM MELBOURNE. The Union Steam Ship Company advises that the Manuka is fo leave Melbourne on Wednesday morning for Bluff ntuL Dunedin with passengers, mails, and cargo..
