RIFLE SHOOTING

KIWI CLUB. The above club fired the second series of No. 5 match on Saturday afternoon for prizes presented by the club. Good shootin" was difficult, owing to a slight fishtail wind, with high lights and strong mirage. Rifleman W. M'Keich registered the highest individual score for the afternoon (82). Scores; i —A Grade.—

Proficient F. Silvias and Rifleman Borne also shot. —B Grade.—

DUNEDIN CLUB. The Dunedin Defence Rifle Club shot the second competition for prizes donated by Captain Proudfoot and Mr C. Speight on Saturday afternoon. The atlendance was twenty, and (en shots each were fired at 300yds and 600yds. Following are ihc highest scores:--—A Grade.—
