KIRK.—On February 4th, 1928, at the residence of her niece, Mrs Julius, 245 Melbourne street, Dunedin South, Agnes, dearly beloved wife of the late John Kirk; aged 73 years. “A patient sufferer gone to rest.” Private interment.—VV. H. Cole, undertaker. METHVEN. —On February 2, 1928, at the residence of his daughter (Mrs Rowlands), 47 Rugby street, Wellington, George. Methven, engineer, late of Dunedin; in his ninetieth year Private interment,—W. H, Cole, undertaker. PALMER—On February 3rd, 1928, at Dunedin, Frederick, beloved husband of Catherine Palmer, of 440 Leith street; in his 73rd year. “A patient sufferer at rest.” —The Funeral will leave the Salvation Army Citadel, Dowling street, on Sunday, sth inst., at 2.30 p.m.. for the Anderson’s Bay Cemetery.—R.
