According to custom, this reliable publication contains much information, apart from the names of people and firms, that is useful alike in business places and homes. There are statistical summaries of various kinds, and explanations given 6f certain Acts of Parliament, with directions how to make a will, points in regard to registration obligations, and on many other matters in which most people are concerned.
