CONFERENCE SUGGESTION Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. HOBART, February 3. The report of Labor Papers, Ltd., which has been prepared for submission to the Australian Workers’ Union Convention, recommends that a daily newspaper be started in Sydney immediately. It says that Labor then would have a union-owned and controlled paper.
