AMERICAN ACCIDENTS THREE NAVAL FLYERS KILLED. Press Association-By Telegraph—Copyright. NEW YORK, September IS. Three of the ten deaths recorded in aeroplane accidents in America on Saturday were those of naval flyers named Booth. M’Crae, and Harrison. Thcv left Sau’ Diego early in the morning To fly to Spokane to act as official observers for the coming week’s great air race from New York. Two hours later their ’plane crashed in Mojave Desert, the trio being killed instantly.
