Twice in the third set during the match with Hunter he stood at aclvantage-iu in decisive games,_ with a single point only needed to give him a clear road to victory. Grime, commenting on bis tight with Finnegan, said ho was not satisfied with his condition. He was too slow owing chiefly to the few bouts lie bad bad since his arrival in America. He behoves that he must take on a considerable number of engagements before he is again matched with leading fighters, and is seeking to do this before a return match with Finnegan and a match with “Red” Chapman. If sufficient fights can bo bonked, his English visit may be cancelled.
