PRINCESS THEATRE
BAND BOX REVUE. Before a large audience at the Princess Theatre this afternoon, Mr Gayle Wyer and Ins Band Box Revue Company opened their third show in Dunedin. It was a bright and sparkling one, full of mirth and music. It is entitled 'Over Night,’ and produced by Mr Wyer himself. The trucking of both ballet and principals left little to be desired, while the various scenes added a. colorful background. The Utile plot attached to ‘Over Night’ concerns two sets of rocently-marncd ! people, who purposely or otherwise, miss the last boat home, aiul_ are 'stranded on an island. The episodes that follow are extremely humorous, and provide numerous opportunities for the large hand of comedians, who form the main part of the cast. Tho musical I numbers, which always add to tho joy of a revue, were welleselected hy_ Mr Wyer. and included several new pieces entirely new to this town. All the members of the company were prominently featured, and the show was one well up to the Fuller standard. It will be repeated this evening.
