HILLY GRIME BEATEN. FINNEGAN WINS ON ROJNTiL Press Association— By Telegraph—Copyright. NEW YORK, September 15. At Madison Square Garden ‘‘Honr.yboy” Finnegan Floloated Hilly Grime on points. Grime weighed J 27 Jib and Finnegan BtUlb. Grime early proved ell’oclive at close quarters, but Finnegan bombarded him with lights to the head. In the second round Grime stumbled against the ropes and Finnegan hit him, the crowd booing. Grime began to tiro about the fourth round, and both men then had bleeding faces. The Australian took heavy punishment in the sixth and .seventh rounds, ns he was trying to recover from weariness. lie then fought madly in the eighth, landing repeatedly on' Finnegan’s jaw; and in the ninth and tenth he fought strongly, and had much tlie better of the exchanges.
