POSTPONEMENT OF TRIAL
CHARGE OF CRIMINAL LIBEL. LONDON, September 7. Counsel for Henry Pollitt, secretary of file Minority Labor Movement, who is charged, in company Avith two other officials, Avith criminally libelling David Scott, a British seaman, who last year spent ton months in a Soviet prison, lias obtained postponement of the trial in order to bring Avitnesses from Russia in support of his plea of justification.
