(Received September 16, at 12.20 p.m.) A group of influential London and Manchester doctors, including Sir William Milligan, _ sent a letter to the 1 Gazette ’ urging the English insurance companies to extend the American principle, enabling a family to contract for periodical overhauling; also to insure against a doctor’s bill and costly operations. They declare that the best method of health was the discovery of early indications of illness.— ‘Sun’ Cable.
