PLUNGE FROM NINTH STORY. NEW YORK, September 6. As a result of a dispute over a commission of £IOO on a real estate deal, during" a conference in a New lork office building, three Jews, two of whom were lawyers, are dead, and two others are in hospital. r , , To escape a fusillade of shots a lawver named Stcnberg plunged to death from a nine-story window, striking two pedestrians in his fall. One of the pedestrians _ was ' Mr . M'Grority, stage manager for Jane Cowl’s 1 The Road to Rome ’ Company. His spine was fractured. Another lawyer, named Cohen, was found dead in his chair, while Horknwitz, tjio broker, who was seeking his commission, was the third dead man.
