Tlio Prince of Wales ami J’rinco George were to-day back in England from their visit to Canada. I licit arrival, both at the port of Southampton and at Waterloo station, London, ivas devoid of ceremony. The only touch of formality was the reading ol a short address at Southampton by the mayor. Despite the inlormaiity of their home-coming, however, large crouds gathered at Southampton ami at Waterloo and cheered the Princes. Captain Alan Laseellcs, a member of the Prince of Wales’s suite, stated that the Prince was line and well after a very strenuous time. “Wo have had a wonderful and eventful trip to and from Canada, and everyone has enjoyed it. The Prince was simply delighted with his visit to the dominion, and was particularly impressed by' the development of tlio mining industry.” It was pointed out that tlio Prince’s visit was a of long hours of travel countless ceremonies. lie went to seo his ranch, but actually had only about two dear days there. The remainder of his time was occupied by official visits and travels to the Rocky Mountains and the Pacilic seaboard.
