(Received September 15, ;ifc 11.5 a.m.) Latest information from Nogales, Arizona, states that tho collapse ol railway communications with Mexico has not permitted the checking of tho loss of life and the damage caused by tho hurricane, which raged for three days; but the meagre details that are available indicate that the deaths in Salina ' Cruz and Manzanillo aro enormous. Scventy-livo-foot breakers tore across the Salina Cruz waterfront, and rolled far inland. Several ships aro missing, and fears arc felt for tho safety of the Mnzalhin fishing fleet.
