ALL COMPETITORS TSUWK WON BY AMERICA. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. NEW YORK, September 12. A Detroit message states that all the balloons are down. The indications are that the United States entry, the Detroit, is the winner, having landed in Georgia, a- few miles ahead of any other competitor.
