CONDUCTED ACROSS BORDER
RUSSIANS IN PARIS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyrighi BERLIN, September 13. (Received September 14, at 1.30 pan.) A sensation was caused at the Soviet Embassy on the arrival of four Russians, including a member of the Soviet Trade Delegation in France, who were secretly arrested in Paris and conducted across the 1 rentier. ’I ho Embassy reported to Moscow, from where a sharp protest is expected. The Russians were arrested on Sunday, and were compelled to leave without baggage or passports; they were also forbidden to communicate with their embassy. The German authorities granted them an asylum. The names ol the arrested men arc: Camber, a member of the Trade Delegation; Clmbar and Dykivsky, editors of the ‘ Parisian Armenian ’ anil the ‘Parisian Russian’ newspapers respectively; and Schmundak, treasurer ol Hie Parisian Union of Russian Workers.
