RED ARMY MOBILISING ORDERS TO RUSSIANS IN CHINA. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. PEKING, September 13. (Received September 14, at 11 a.m.) Astonishing reports arc published in the ‘ Zarya, the Russian White newspaper, stating that all the Soviet consulates in China have been instructed by Moscow to mobilise the members of the Commanding Staff now in China iu order to join the fast-gathering Red army in Vladivostock and Khabarovsk. Further reports state that all Soviet citizens have been ordered to register for conscription. The reports emanated from the ‘ Zarya’s ’ Manchurian correspondent, and it is impossible to determine how much of the report is propaganda. Another report states that all Red commanders serving with the Chinese armies have been ordered to quit and to proceed to Vladivostock immediately.
