RAGLAN BY-ELECTION
ISSUE OF WRIT [Fbom Opr Parliamentary Reporter] WELLINGTON, September 12. The writ for the Raglan by-election was issued this afternoon. It is returnable in twenty-eight days. So far as can be ascertained the date ol polling day has not been fixed, but it ics announced that the election will bo held before the end of the month.
