Chalmers Borough Street Traffic By-law, 1927,” making provision for the regulation of Street Traffic in the said Borough, be ami the same is hereby adopted as a By-law.” The object and purport of the proposed Bv-law is to provide for the regulation of street Traffic within the Borough.
