PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that tho Port Chalmers Borougli Council, 'at a Special Meeting convened for the purpose, and held on MONDAY, the 12th day of September, 1927, passed the following resolution for confirmation at a subsequent meeting of the Council as a Special Order —viz. “That the Council of the Borough of Port Chalmers hereby resolves, so that this Resolution may be confirmed at a subsequent meeting of the Council and operate as a Special Order, that the proposed Bylaw submitted to this meeting of the Council and intituled The Pori. Chalmers Borough Street Traffic By-law, 1927,” making provision for the regulation of Street Traffic in the said Borough, be ami the same is hereby adopted as a By-law.” The object and purport of the proposed Bv-law is to provide for the regulation of street Traffic within the Borough. AND PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that tho aforesaid Resolution will bo submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held on MONDAY, the 10th Day of October, 1927, at 7.30 p.m., at the Council Chambers, Beach street, for confirmation as a Special Order, to which meeting tho said proposed By-law will also bo submitted for adoption.
