(Deceived September 13, at 12.20 p.m.) Tbo lligu correspondent of ‘The Times 5 says that the Soviet announces that the registered unemployed numbered 1,353,000 last year, compared with 9-18,000 in 1021. It admits that the possibilities of absorption arc decreasing, and that unemployment is at present increasing owing to the reduction of the State employees on the grounds of economy. The Donetx.
