A man passing a house in Birkenhead early this morning noticed two children on tho verandah in night attire with their laces streaming with blood. The police were called, and on entering tho house found Mrs Rose Kcrrison dead, with her throat cut. Tier two children—Hilda (aged eight) and James (aged six)—had wounds on their hands and necks, and a bloodstained razor was nearby. Both children were taken to the hospital, and arc expected to recover.
