TO END POLITICAL TURMOIL,

LONDON. September 1,1. A notable declaration was made by Bresident Cosgravo, who said; “ With a view to ending political turmoil, 1 mn prepared to forgive and forget, on condition that the majority will of the people shall decide all issues. If the arms dumped in 1923, when fighting ceased, are given up there will bo no necessity to put the Public Safety Act into operation.”
