An Auckland Press Association telegram states that Mr Justice Frazer delivered the finding of tho Arbitration Court in regard to the waterside workers’ case, in which the men loading number five hatch of the steamer Norfolk, at Auckland,_ in May claimed in respect to financial Joss on the second day, when no frozen cargo was available, they being transferred to general cargo. The verdict was for the men. His Honor said that this would not have been the case if the engagement had been specifically made for frozen and general cargo.
