(Received September 10, at 10.45 a.m.) At Los Angeles, following the Supreme Court decision that the Elk Hills and Pearl Harbor oil leases were obtained through fraud, the Doheny interests paid the Government 13,900.507 dollars for the extraction of oil, virtually ending the litigation.—A. and N.Z, and ‘Sun’ Cable.
