SYDNEY, September 9. fßeceived September 10, at 1.30 a.m.) A company has been formed of two of the leading smelting proprietaries in Australia and a number of mining magnates to acquire the Mount Morgan mine, for which they are willing to pay £IOO,OOO. The mine will ho reopened, but only certain workings exploited. The miners will be asked to accept reduced wages, but will he given a share hi the mine.
