DUKE OF YORK’S TOUR
PREFACE TO BOOK. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, September 8. In a foreword to Mr Taylor Darbyshire’s hook’,- ‘ The Royal Tour of the Yorks,’ the Duke says; “We returned thorough optimists about the Empire’s future, which depends on a close personal touch between the people here and our kinsmen overseas. If the book induces even a few to go to distant parts of the Empire to see things for themselves, it will serve a good and useful purpose.”.
