KAIKORAI BAND CONCERT
. Another attractive programme has been arranged for the Kaikorai Band's concert at His Majesty’s Theatre tomorrow night. The band has been fortunate in securing the services of Miss Meda Paine, who will sing the beautiful negro spiritucl ‘ Were You There;’'* The other vocalist will be Mr Jas, Paterson, who will render ‘The Bedouin’s Love Song.’ Miss Madge Yates will'contribute'a recitation, and two of the young'cornet players of the band —Bandsmen I. Goughian and J. Logan —will be heard in the duet ‘lda and Dot.’ The band is set down to play some bright music, including the selection ‘Chu Chin Cnow,’ a piece with a very pronounced Oriental coloring, and ‘The Turkish Patio!,’ descriptive of a bodySof soldiers with its band approaching, passing,'and receding. Other .band items will bc-‘Lntsplel * and the march ‘Washington Greys.’ The usual silver coin collection will be taken up.
