BHS D3BGSHUJI WINS CHAMPIONSHIP The final of the Otago ladies’ golf championship was played on the Balmacowcn I,inks this morning between Mrs Dodgfhtm (Otago) and Mrs Orhcll (Oamaru), the game resulting in a win for the former by 6 up and 5 to play. 'The tic between Mrs M'Carthy (Otngo) and Miss Cato (Hawke’s Bay) for the best gross score during the tournament was also played this morning, and resulted in Miss Cato winning with a total of 85. A mixed foursome match, for which thc.ro were "good entries, was played this afternoon.

A flag match was played yesterday afternoon, Mrs Henderson winning the senior event ami Mrs White-law the junior.
